Luxury condominium sales have begun at One Domino Square, the third high-rise residential building at the Domino Sugar Factory site on the Williamsburg waterfront.

The 39-story mixed-use building at 8 South 4th St. offers 160 condos, from 700-square-foot one-bedrooms to 2,700-square-foot three-bedrooms. Pricing for the luxury digs, designed by Selldorf Architects, starts at $1.25 million.

“We are thrilled to bring this truly unique condo offering to the market in Williamsburg,” said Jed Walentas, principal of Two Trees Management, in a statement. “At One Domino Square, buyers will enjoy unparalleled design and amenities within the building while also being steps from a beloved neighborhood park, a variety of fantastic retail options, and diverse dining and entertainment options.”

The 39-story building will be connected to an adjacent 55-story rental tower by a seven-story “podium,” which will feature 12,000 square feet of public retail and 45,000 square feet of private amenities. Residents of One Domino Square will have access to three outdoor terraces with a heated outdoor pool, a central lawn, and semi-private entertaining spaces.

Inside, the building offers an “aquatics center” with a heated indoor pool, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, private showers, and more — plus a health club and fitness center with group exercise classes. Amenities also include resident lounges, a media room, a library, an open-air solarium, and more – as well as a dedicated co-working space with WiFi, private conference booths, and collaboration meeting rooms. One Domino Square will have 24/7 concierge and a package room, along with a dedicated bike entrance with a bike storage room.

“As the condominiums at One Domino Square make their market debut, we’re extremely proud of the contribution that the buildings will make to the city at large,” said Annabelle Selldorf, Principal of Selldorf Architects, in a statement. “The porcelain-clad towers, with their iridescent pearl-like surface, stand out but at the same time blend seamlessly with the waterfront. Our focus at One Domino Square is creating visually striking buildings which contribute to the larger neighborhood and the New York City skyline in dialogue with the Williamsburg Bridge, the East River and beyond, and also on creating great living spaces in the apartments and amenities alike to serve the residents.”

Two Trees is in the midst of a massive redevelopment of the Domino Sugar site. Since 2017, the developer has opened four new and renovated buildings there, including two residential buildings, One South First and 325 Kent; and two office buildings, 10 Grand Street and the renovated Domino Sugar refinery. The site is also home to the six-acre Domino Park and the soon-t0-be completed Domino Square park.

In 2021, the City Council voted to approve another massive Two Trees project planned for the site just north of the Domino Sugar development, River Ring.
