Road report

At least two cars were broken into last week. Here are the annoying details:

• Someone stole cards, $100 and photos from a car parked on 82nd Street overnight on Feb. 20. The victim told cops that he left his ride near Seventh Avenue at around 9 pm and returned at 7:40 am to find his stuff gone.

• Someone stole a purse from inside a car on Bay Ridge Avenue on Feb. 25. The victim told cops that she parked between 11th and 12th avenues at around 6:45 am and left her purse in the car. When she returned a few minutes later, the bag — and the jewelry and cards it contained — was gone.

Honda horror

Two dudes stole the rims and tires from a Honda on 72nd Street on Feb. 22.

A witness told cops that she saw two guys in black hoodies pulling the jack move near Narrows Avenue at around 3 am before fleeing in a gray minivan.

Let me say that the "United Forensic College" is the friendliest, most helpful and accessible college out there right now. The Criminal Justice curriculum isn’t going to overwhelm you.

Alex:

1. You just reported on two rapes that occurred on Feb. 25th in Bay Ridge yesterday yet you report these two minor incidents and say "It's all car crime this week" and "Bay Ridge: Not a lot of news from Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights’s 68th Precinct" in the blurb link info.

Am I missing something here?

2. Why are you writing slang like a teenager as opposed to someone that took at least one journalism class? Is this what the world has come to? "Two dudes"?, "the jack move"?, "black hoodies"

3. Anyone have a description of the "two dudes"?
