A thief swiped a man’s iPhone on Cropsey Avenue after he had attempted to flee from an accident on July 22. 

The victim told police that he was hit by a gray vehicle that he followed to the intersection of Neptune Avenue at around 11:50 am, but the lout got out of the vehicle and took his cellphone, before driving off.

Shower power

Beach bandits mugged a man’s cell phone and wallet on Riegelmann Boardwalk West on July 22. 

The victim told police that he was using the showers near Stillwell Avenue at around 7 am when the baddie got angry and took his belongings from his pockets. 

Stranger danger

A ruffian stole a man’s shoulder bag after he was invited into a Brighton Fourth Street apartment on July 21. 

The victim told police that he walked into the apartment between Ocean View and Brighton Beach Avenues to find a man holding a black shotgun around 11:30 am, who snagged his belongings.
