Burglary at the laundromat 

Some jerk stole money from a Bath Beach laundromat on Jan. 25.

According to police, the perp broke in through the front door and then cracked into the register before stealing $350 around 9:30pm.

Cash stolen

A thief stole cash from a car parked off of New Utrecht Avenue on Jan. 19.

The victim told police the vehicle was left double parked and unlocked when the unknown cash-grabber removed a box with $1,650 in cash and a $250 check from the car around 12:25pm.

The perp then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Threatened and scammed

A crook threatened and tried to steal cash from a Bensonhurst teenager on Jan. 26.

Police say the victim was offered a job via Instagram and was sent three $500 checks to deposit in return for painting supplies. When she tried to cash the checks, the bounced. The perp then texted her around 7am “I am going to kill you if you don’t send the money,” causing the teenager to fear for her life and call the cops.
