Wrecked plot

A jerk stole thousands from commercial store off of Bay Parkway on June 10.

According to police, a robber entered the victim’s business through the front door with a spare key and took $20,000 in cash from the register between June 10 and June 24.

Police say the thief was a former employee of the business.

Shattered and sheisted

A thief robbed a Bath Beach man near Bay 34th Street on July 9.

The victim told police he parked his vehicle on the street at 11 a.m. as he went about his day. Hours later, the victim reported the car was damaged and the rear driver side window was shattered. He also said the panel under the steering was removed, and the wires were exposed. 

Hey, batter batter

Some punk attacked a young man on 78th Street on July 15.

According to police, the unknown striker hit the victim with a baseball bat at 9 p.m. The blow caused a cut to the victims left eye, mouth and arm. 

Emergency medical personnel took the victim to a Maimonides Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
