Man cuffed for alleged steak heist

Steaks were high

Cops cuffed a man for allegedly stealing steaks from a van Brunt Street food bazaar on Nov. 10.

An employee told police that the suspect placed six strip steaks in a shopping cart, before trying to leave the store near Reed Street at 11:50 am.

Employees called the police, and cops arrested the man and charged him with petty larceny, according to police reports. 

iThief

A burglar nabbed an iPad from a car parked on Tiffany Street on Nov. 7.

The victim told police that the thief stole a $200 iPad from his unlocked car parked near Degraw Street at around 1:30 pm. 

Cover up 

A pirate stole a duvet cover from a President Street house on Nov. 6.

The victim told police that the scoundrel entered the home between Hicks and Henry streets through the unlocked door and swiped a package containing the $150 bedding. 

Bike burglary

A thief nabbed a bike from outside a Clinton Street house sometime between Oct. 29 and Oct. 31.

The victim told police that the burglar nabbed the $950 bike from in front of the home between Baltic and Warren streets.
