Park Slope cookie monsters can soon satisfy their late-night sugar cravings with deliveries from the borough’s first Insomnia Cookies outpost, which is set to open on Fifth Avenue this fall, according to a rep with the pastry chain.

“We are beyond excited to sign the lease on our first Brooklyn bakery, bringing our warm, delicious cookie delivery to the borough for the first time,” said Chief Marketing Officer Tom Carusona.

The sweets store inked a 10-year deal to sling its 12 famed cookie recipes and scoops of ice cream out of 32 Fifth Avenue until 3 am.

The new storefront, located between Dean and Bergen streets, is just two blocks from both the Barclays Center and Brooklyn’s first medical marijuana clinic, Citiva, giving sports fans and patients easy access to a variety of gooey treats.

“The Brooklyn location will serve popular cookie flavors including Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe,” Carusona said. “The requisite pint of cold milk can also be added to any order.”

Founded in 2003, the baked goods chain — which currently operates 155 locations nationwide, including 11 in Manhattan — will make its Brooklyn debut in a newly renovated storefront, which owner Hidrock Properties spruced up to the tune of $3 million, according to the firm.

And while the Park Slope confection franchise may be Brooklyn’s first, it won’t be its last, Carusona said.

“We found a great, centrally-located storefront with Hidrock Properties and are looking forward to opening more locations throughout Brooklyn in the future,” he said.
