It’s the rarest of rare moments: Manhattan — not Brooklyn — is getting hell on rails this weekend. So stay off the trains if you decide to cross the West River this weekend.
All changes are from Friday, Mar. 1 at 11:30 pm to Monday, Mar. 4 at 5 am unless otherwise noted:
3: Service is suspended. Take the 2 or the 4.
4: Service is extended to New Lots Avenue.
J: No trains between Crescent Street and Jamaica Center from 5:30 am Saturday to 10 pm Sunday.
M: Service is suspended from 11:45 pm on Friday to 5 am on Monday. Take the free shuttle bus between Metropolitan Avenue and Myrtle Avenue.
