A stampeding truck sent a city bus into an Ocean Avenue building on March 19, injuring 12 people.

Witnesses said that the truck, which belonged to the Jewish Association Servicing the Aging — ran a red light on Ocean Avenue and hit a Toyota Carolla travelling westbound on Avenue J around 10 am.

The B11 bus, which was also traveling down Avenue J, swerved out of the way to avoid the collision — but ended up hopping the curb and careening into a brick-faced building at the corner, cops were told.

No pedestrians were injured in the crash, police said.

Paramedics pulled 12 injured people from all three vehicles and rushed them to nearby hospitals, where they were all treated for minor injuries, an FDNY spokesman said.
