Canarsie killer on the loose: NYPD

Cops are hunting the gunman who shot and killed a 24-year-old man in Canarsie on Sunday.

The killer shot the victim once in the head on Avenue K between E. 84th and E. 85th streets at 2 a.m. on July 28, according to police.

Paramedics rushed the man to Kings County Hospital in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, where he was pronounced dead, cops said.

Police are withholding the victim’s name until his family can be notified, according to police.
