Police arrested a 23-year-old woman who they say is responsible for fatally striking a motorcyclist with her car on May 27, while she was allegedly intoxicated.

Madison resident Jasmin Morales-Cruz was driving along Ocean Parkway in Kensington, when she struck 28-year-old Evvon Alexander shortly before 4 a.m., according to police.

Alexander had been traveling in the opposite direction on Ocean Parkway, when he attempted to turn onto Beverly Road before the fatal collision, cops said.

First responders took Alexander to Maimonides Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

Cops arrested Morales-Cruz on the scene, charging her with driving while intoxicated, vehicular manslaughter, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
