Cops hunt fiend in deadly Brighton Beach assault

Cops are hunting the goon who beat a 52-year-old man to death in Brighton Beach on July 9.

The fiend waltzed up and sucker punched Brighton Beach resident Dimitry Goldfarb on Riegelmann Boardwalk East near Brighton Sixth Street at 5:45 p.m., before hightailing it north on Brighton Sixth Street while accompanied by a woman, cops said.

Police arrived to discover the victim suffering a massive head injury, and paramedics transported him to Lutheran Hospital and then again to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Investigators described the suspect as 6 feet, 5 inches tall and 220 pounds with long brown hair. He was last seen shirtless and wearing grey shorts with black sneakers.
