Someone robbed and fondled a 20-year-old woman in Cobble Hill earlier this month and police are offering $2,000 for information that leads to his arrest.

The culprit cornered the victim around 2:45 am on Aug. 8 as she tried to enter her apartment building near Clinton and Warren according to police. He then flashed a knife and forced her into the building before he told her she had nothing to worry about.

“I’m not going to rape you,” he reportedly said. “I’m not like that.”

He then demanded she take down her pants before he touched her. He then took her wallet and fled.

Cops say the suspect is about 30 years old, 6-feet-3, 180 pounds, and bald.
