Cops are searching for a Seagate teenager who has been missing since July 1.
Hector Torres, 18, was last seen leaving his apartment on West 23 Street between Surf and Mermaid avenues at 11 p.m.
He was spotted wearing American flag pajama pants, a green hooded sweatshirt, and blue and orange sneakers before vanishing.
