Police are looking for a perv who allegedly made lewd remarks to teenage girls and showed them a picture of genitals on Livonia Avenue on March 28.
The creep walked up to a 15-year-old girl, grabbed her by the arm, and made derogatory sexual comments, before taking out his phone and showing her a picture of genitals at Pennsylvania Avenue around 8 a.m., according to police.
The victim and her 14-year-old friend, who were on their way to school, walked away and the sleazebag fled toward Alabama Avenue, according to the authorities.
Cops describe the baddie as a man in his 30’s who was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, black beanie, gray pants, brown work boots, and carrying a blue plastic bag.
