Cops are hunting a gun-wielding sicko who raped and robbed a woman inside her Coney Island apartment building and then robbed another woman in a nearby apartment building less than an hour later on Dec. 6.

The first victim told police that the degenerate followed her into the elevator in a building near W. Fifth Street and W. Brighton Avenue at 9 pm, and that, as she exited onto the floor where her apartment is located, the scum bag grabbed her from behind and stuck a gun to her head.

The next thing she knew, the beast was dragging her into a nearby stairwell, where he raped her before grabbing her cash and keys and fleeing down the stairwell, cops said.

Paramedics took the victim to Coney Island Hospital for evaluation, according to police.

A scant 55 minutes later, the man robbed a 46-year-old woman on the 16th floor of an apartment on W. 12th Street between Surf and Neptune avenues, police said. The creep once again followed his victim woman into an elevator and put a gun to her back when she stepped out on her floor, cops said. He took $30 and fled, officials said.

The suspect is in his 20s with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen holding a black bag and wearing a black and white skull hat, a black leather jacket, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers, a police report states.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577–8477. The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
