Oldster battered
A dirtbag threw a 60-year-old lady to the ground and ran off with her purse at Moore and Leonard streets on Nov. 14.
The victim was on her way home from the train at 7:45 pm when the lout threw her down and grabbed at her purse, bruising her face in the scuffle, authorities said.
The woman is having trouble remembering the incident because the perp hit her in the head, according to a police report.
Chomp chumps
A couple of good-for-nothings beat and bit a guy in his Meserole Street apartment building and pummeled him over the head in the early morning hours of Nov. 14.
The victim walked into the building between Avenue of Puerto Rico and Humboldt Street at 12:45 am when the duo came up and hit him with an unknown object across the head, leaving him bruised and swollen, according to authorities.
The ruffians also bit the guy on his right hand during the altercation before hoofing it down Meserole Street towards Graham Avenue, cops said.
Techie treasure
A reprobate broke into a McKibbin Street apartment and ran off with an estimated $10,000 worth of high-tech gear on Nov. 14.
One of the victims said he woke up to the sound of the cretin creeping around at 5:50 am, then saw the guy leaving the apartment near Seigel Court through the front door with a bunch of plundered goods, authorities said.
The rapscallion managed to steal a haul of electronics and other goods, including three laptops and two cellphones, according to a police report. Another roommate said he forgot to lock the front door before going to bed the night before, authorities said.
