It’s a fishy situation.

Cops are hunting for the crook who early on the morning of Thanksgiving Day broke into a Sunset Park seafood joint before it opened, and stole $200 from its register.

The baddie broke into the Eighth Avenue restaurant between 50th and 51st streets at 5:10 am on Nov. 22 by smashing a rear window, according to police.

He then fled in an unknown direction after swiping the illicit cash from the crustacean purveyor, authorities said.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577–8477. The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577. All tips are strictly confidential.
