It’s muppet madness! Start the day with a free screening of “A Muppet Christmas Carol” at Industry City’s Factory Floor (268 36th St. between Second and Third avenues in Sunset Park, rooftopfilms.com) at 11:30 am, and end it with a live rendition of Jim Henson’s “Emmett Otter’s Jug Band Christmas,” performed by the Salt Cracker Crazies.

Make a list

Time to get your Christmas shopping done! The borough is filled with Holiday markets, but we especially like the Brooklyn Holiday Bazaar, which offers more than 40 vendors selling their crafty creations, along with food, warming drinks, activities for the kids, and free gift-wrapping.

11 am–5 pm at 501 Union (501 Union St. between Bond and Nevins streets in Gowanus, brooklynholidaybazaar.com). Free.

Season of Love

Rev. Vince Anderson and his Love Choir rock Union Pool every Monday night,  but this week is a special occasion: Rev. Vince’s Christmas Supertacular! The Rev. will preach the Dirty Gospel will assistance from a heavenly host of guest vocalists, including Eli “Paperboy” Reed, Meah Pace, and Binky Griptite, along with a special appearance by Santa Claus!

9 pm at Union Pool [484 Union Ave. at Meeker Avenue in Williamsburg, (718) 609–0484, www.union-pool.com]. $20 suggested donation.

XXX-mas!

The House of Yes celebrates the season with its 10th annual X-mas Spectacular, an irreverent, over-the-top show of festive nonsense, filled with dancing presents, naughty elves, and reindeer in bondage. The aerial extravaganza runs for a week, but if you go tonight, you can tell people you got there first!

8 pm at House of Yes [2 Wyckoff Ave. at Jefferson Street in Bushwick, (646) 838–4937, www.houseofyes.org]. $40 ($80 VIP).
