A Fort Greene woman’s home was burglarized while she was on vacation with the perps making off with several of her belongings, including the sculpture of a small bird skull.

According to the 57-year-old victim, she returned home from vacation on June 21 to find her front door unlocked, with no sign of forced entry. The burglar had taken her MacBook Pro, banking cards and identification, along with the avian model.

Cops said they had tracked the location of the victim’s laptop to an address in Bedford-Stuyvesant, but no arrests have been made so far.

Burglaries are up 39% year-to-date in Brooklyn’s 88th Precinct, which encompasses Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. According to Police Department data, there were 57 reported burglaries in the area as of June 23 (when the most recent data is available) — up from 41 during the same time last year.

Most other major crimes — including murder, rape and robbery — are down so far this year in the precinct.
