A predator attempted to rape a woman in Prospect Heights on July 12, according to police — the fourth such attack near Prospect Park in recent months.

The 31-year-old victim was walking on Park Place between Flatbush and Vanderbilt avenues at 1:50 am on July 12 when the creep snuck up behind her, pushed her to the ground, and pulled her underwear off, police said.

The woman struggled with the perv, eventually fighting him off and running for help, cops said.

The victim scraped her face and knee in the tussle, and emergency responders took her to Woodhull Hospital for treatment, according to a report.

Police describe the attacker as in his mid-20s and approximately 5-foot-7 tall.

It is just the latest in a series of very similar attempted rapes in the area since May.

The first was on Seventh and Eighth Avenue at 4:30 am on May 22, the second near Seventh Avenue and Garfield Place at around 4:40 am on July 2, and the third on 16th Street between 11th Avenue and Prospect Park Southwest at around 3:50 am on June 26.

In each case, the sickos — or sicko — pushed the victim from behind and tried to wrestle her clothes off, but all three woman successfully fought their attackers off.

A deviant also tried to rape a jogger in Prospect Park at knifepoint at 5:15 am on April 20.

Police say they have not established a link between the suspects, however.
