For soccer fans, it’s the ultimate field of dreams.

But this youth soccer fan’s perfect pitch isn’t out at the Parade Grounds or in McCarren Park — it’s in the back of a cavernous new sporting goods store on Atlantic Avenue.

It’s called Upper 90 — the name refers to part of a soccer net, but you knew that — and it offers the usual variety of sporting goods, uniforms (including an old New York Cosmos jersey) and equipment. But manager Zach Rubin went one step further, building a small soccer field in the back of the gymnasium-sized store.

“We’re going to a lot with the turf,” explained Rubin. “We’ll be doing demonstrations and mini-games. People will be able to run around in their cleats before they buy them.”

The field is just one of the main attractions for the 10,000 youth soccer keepers, midfielders, strikers and coaches in Brooklyn.

“We try to make everything very affordable,” Rubin said. “We especially keep in mind parents who are buying for their children. This isn’t a big chain store, our prices are reasonable.”

Upper 90 [359 Atlantic Ave. between Hoyt and Bond Streets in Boerum Hill, (718) 643-0167]. Open Monday–Saturday, 10 am–8 pm; and Sunday, 10 am–6 pm.
