Stop. Hammer time.

Police are looking for four tools who stole $7,000 worth of jackhammers from the Home Depot in Gowanus on Jan. 4.

The bandits entered the store at 9:28 pm — well before its midnight closing time — walked out with as many high-powered home-wreckers as they could carry, stuffed them into a green Honda, and sped off, police said.

Officials do not know how many they stole, but the tools can range from a few hundred dollars to $1,500, according to Home Depot’s website.

The raiders appear to be three men and one woman — all in their 20s, cops said. Their descriptions, as provided by police, are as follows:

• A dark-haired woman last seen wearing a tan jacket, black hoodie, gray sweatpants, and black and blue sneakers.

• A dreadlock-sporting man last seen wearing a gray hoodie and black pants.

• A guy wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

• A man with a gray hat, black hoodie, and gray sweatpants.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577–8477. The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
