I was referred to A Good Plumber by a friend who has been using them for over 25 years. Very happy with the work I needed done, quickly. From the beginning they had excellent customer service, and answered all my questions. Very quick to respond and the timely manner. They also made room in their schedule to come out the very next days. Warren called me back at 5:30 on a Friday after receiving my message. Mauricio was the plumbing tech that came to do the work. On time, very efficient, concerned about keeping things clean, and answered my million questions.

My wife and I commend and recommend A Good Plumber enthusiastically and unconditionally! Spring sprang some unwelcome surprises on us this year, but A Good Plumber came to the rescue, quickly, professionally, and--very important--friendly and reassuringly, given that our own trade skills don't amount to much. A potentially dangerous gas leak required careful analysis and technical planning to customize and install new and code-compliant gas piping and fittings. Another stinky situation required the replacement of an old and ill-fitting sewer trap cover, and the storm drainage to the city sewer main was then cleared to prevent potential problems during heavy rains. Additionally, our inefficient gas dryer exhaust piping was thoroughly cleaned out and the flexible and antiquated indoor portion was replaced with efficient and code-compliant rigid exhaust piping. We must not forget that the A Good Plumber also installed our new washer-dryer combo. We are thankful to all the members of the A Good Plumber family who took such diligent care of us, especially the assiduous and unflappable Mauricio Morales, who spent the most muscle and sweat planning and executing the work. And we recognize the valuable counsel, guidance, and work review of the Sobolow Squad of Warren, Bill, and Tom; the very experienced support of Eddie; the competence of plumbing team players Britney and Erik; and the expert grantor of smiles back at the office, Briana.
