Sheepshead Bay

Happily engaged

Is there a better place to propose to your future bride than on the Wonder Wheel?

Standing O says, “No way,” and there was no way that Sheepshead resident Jaimie Lebovic could say “No” to Bryan Hochman when he got down on one knee and asked for her hand as the ride arched its way over the peak.

With a beautiful starry night and the ocean behind them, how could she say “No?” Of course, she didn’t.

The bride’s mom Nancy Lebovic broke it down for Standing O:

“The sun was setting, the view was gorgeous and my daughter said, ‘I will never, ever forget it.’ ”

Standing O will make sure that none of us will.

“What a wonderful way for two people to start off their lives together,” the soon-to-be mother-in-law added.

It just proves once again that Coney Island is the place that dreams are made of.

Standing O offers congratulations to the happy betrothals and sends a toast:

“May your lives together be like the Wheel — long and full of wonder.”
