It’s a hole in one for Brooklynites this summer!

Just as golfers prepare to drive into the heart of the season, the Parks Department and American Golf Corporation cut the ribbon on the new clubhouse at the renovated Dyker Beach Golf Course.

The company heralded its $12.5-million effort.

“There was only a hot dog stand and a few other things here, kind of run-down,” said Matt Silverman, a spokesperson for American Golf, which funded and spearheaded the project, and also runs the golf course. “Now it’s bound to be the best course in Brooklyn.”

The new building now boasts a ballroom, dining area, bar, and outdoor lounge.
