LCD Soundsystem is playing at our house!

The Brooklyn dance-rockers will open new Williamsburg concert hall Brooklyn Steel with a five-show run from April 6–11, with gigs every night except April 9.

The new Frost Street venue — a rare opening in a neighborhood that is otherwise hemorrhaging live music stages — also has slew of other big names booked for its opening months, including twee balladeers the Decemberists, anti-rock weirdos Ween, and sadly-Kim-Deal-less-but-still-great rockers the Pixies.

The 1,800-person theater is the work of the Bowery Presents, the same company behind the Music Hall of Williamsburg and Manhattan’s Bowery Ballroom and Webster Hall.

Tickets for the LCD Soundsystem gig go on sale on March 30.

The act is contributing to the neighborhood’s nightlife scene in more ways than one — frontman James Murphy opened wine bar the Four Horsemen on Grand Street a few years back.

Dance yrself clean with all your friends at Brooklyn Steel (319 Frost St. at Debevoise Street in Williamsburg, www.bowerypresents.com/brooklyn-steel). Opens April 6.
