Le Bleu lost cheese to armed robber: Cops

A goon robbed a posh hotel on the border of Gowanus and Park Slope at gunpoint last month and now cops are asking for help finding him.

The bandit strolled into Hotel Le Bleu, a chic boutique hotel on Fourth Avenue, at about 2:30 am on Nov. 23, flashed a gun, and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash, cops said.

No one was injured, but images police are circulating appear to show the jerk putting his hands on a frightened clerk.

Police describe the suspect as a 175-pound male in his 20s with short, black hair.

The seven-story hotel opened in 2007 as part of an unlikely guest house boom in industrial Gowanus and boasts a rooftop restaurant and bar that this paper referred to as a “game changer” when it began serving in 2009. It went on the market for a whopping $12-million in July.
