A pillager robbed a man for $2,000 on Cash App along W. 31st Street on Nov. 18. 

The victim told police that the rapscallion choked him and held him up between Mermaid and Surf avenues, while forcing the helpless victim to transfer the funds via a smartphone app. 

Sucker punch 

Cops arrested a suspect for allegedly punching a police officer  in the mouth on W. 21st Street on Nov. 15. 

The officer told his fellow boys in blue that they’d approached the suspect for parking in a  no standing zone between Mermaid and Surf avenues, when he allegedly hit the officer in the face.  

Freeloader

A purloiner snagged $1,620 worth of items from a Cropsey Avenue home improvement store on Nov. 20. 

An employee told police that the sneak thief walked out with the ill-gotten good from the store near Bay 53rd Street at around 12:20 pm without paying.
