Christmas cheer was part of this balanced breakfast!

Kids jumpstarted the Yuletide festivities at King Plaza’s “Breakfast with Santa” in Mill Basin on Dec. 6. The youngsters dined and danced to celebrate the jolly old elf’s early arrival to neighborhood.

The children chowed down on bagels with cream cheese or jelly, and when they finished eating, they danced alongside Santa’s helpers. One parent said the music at the event — which included Christmas classics and pop hits — pumped up her daughter for the holiday season.

“She enjoyed it immensely — she was on stage dancing,” said Sharon Mendoza who lives in Flatbush and watched her daughter, Jordan Campbell, shimmy onstage. “They did play holiday songs, like the Mariah Carey one, and some pop culture music that the kids now.”

Santa also told the youngsters the story of “The Night Before Christmas” and he answered their questions about the timeless tale. Mendoza said her daughter is already looking forward to the Santa’s next visit.

“She really does look forward to it every year,” she said.
