A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man has been charged with murder for allegedly carrying out a fatal knife attack on a south Williamsburg street in January.

Damique Miller of Canton, PA allegedly repeatedly stabbed 27-year old Daniel Ryan in the neck and torso at 131 Moore St. at 3:53 a.m. on Jan. 3.

Authorities said they responded to a 911 call regarding an unconscious man in need of help on the night in question. When they arrived on the scene, cops found Ryan, who lived just blocks away, lying on the sidewalk with multiple stab wounds.

Paramedics rushed Ryan to NYC Health & Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he ultimately died of his injuries on Jan. 7.

Following a five-month long investigation, officers from the 90th Precinct identified Miller as a person of interest in the case. On Sept 12., authorities announced that the Pennsylvanian man had been arrested and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

In the 90th Precinct, where the Jan. 3 killing occurred, there have been five murders so far this year, according to the latest police department data.
