Four men brutally beat a good Samaritan after he offered to pay for their meals at a Ditmas Park fast-food joint — bashing the victim with his own cane and sending him to the hospital with broken bones, according to police.

Joseph Molohon was in the greasy grub joint at Ocean and Church avenues at around 7:30 pm on March 1 when he claims he overheard two men saying they didn’t have enough cash to cover their dinner, so he offered to spot them some, he told the New York Post.

Instead, the broke brutes went ballistic on the 37-year-old, punching him and hitting him with his walking stick, cops said. Two of their buddies then joined in, dragging Molohon out of his seat and kicking him in the head, video of the beating shows.

A fifth man then pilfered some items from Molohon’s pockets while he lay helpless on the ground, police said — but fortunately didn’t find his wallet, he told the Post.

Paramedics took Molohon to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for broken bones and cuts.

Police ask anyone with information about the beating to call (800) 577–8477, submit tips at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com, or text 274637 followed by TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
