Schermerhorn assault
Police arrested a man for allegedly robbing and assaulting a woman on a G train at the Schermerhorn Street subway station on Nov. 20.
The victim told police she was on the Church Avenue-bound train when a man entered the car at Clinton and Washington station and started playing loud music.
When she asked him to lower the music, the suspect allegedly said “You don’t know me, n—–,” hit the woman in the head with the mini speaker, took her iPhone 10 when she tried to take a photo of him, and punched her, and got off at the station near Hoyt Street at 1:39 pm, according to cops.
Cigarette break
Cops cuffed a man who they say threatened another man with a knife on Water Street on Nov. 20.
The victim told police he was near Main Street at 4:40 pm when the suspect approached, flashing the knife, and demanded a cigarette. When the victim said he didn’t have one, the suspect said, “Give me whatever the f— you got,” according to police.
Police say the suspect is an employee of a nearby restaurant, and the victim said he appeared to be highly intoxicated, according to the police report.
Smith Street slasher
A goon slashed a man’s face, causing lacerations, on Smith Street on Nov. 20.
The victim told police he was breaking up a fight near Wyckoff Street at 12:30 am when someone slashed his left cheek.
The nogoodnik fled toward Hoyt Street and the victim was treated at Methodist Hospital, according to cops.
Rock-ing into the store
A looter broke into a Jay Street drugstore on Nov. 25 and stole items.
The thief threw a cobblestone rock at the store’s front door, near York Street, at 6:40 am, entered the store, and stole items from the shelves and from behind the cash registers, according to police.
Cops say the lout took the cobblestone from the construction site across the street near York Street.
Sleeping grab
A punk stole a man’s two phones on the subway near Jay Street on Nov. 16.
The victim told police he fell asleep on the Manhattan-bound F train with a T-Mobile bag next to him and when he woke up at York Street at 1 pm his two phones were gone.
Locker looter
A thief stole an employee’s items while she was working at a clothing store on Fulton Street on Nov. 19.
The victim told police she placed her coat, wallet, and keys in her employee locker at her workplace near Lawrence Street at 2 pm, and when she came back, her items were gone.
Hotel hoodie thief
A robber stole a woman’s items from a hotel on Flatbush Avenue Extension on Nov. 22.
The victim told police she left her debit card, iPhone charger, $60, and Apple headphones unattended in her hoodie on a chair in the building’s lobby area, near Tillary Street, at 3:53 am, and it was stolen.
Phone swipe
A pickpocket robbed a woman on the subway at Willoughby Street on Nov. 22.
Cops say the woman got on a Manhattan-bound A train at Nostrand Avenue at 6:45 am with her cellphone and ID in her backpack and when she got off at the Jay Street station, the backpack was open and her phone and ID were missing.
Stolen property
A raider stole a woman’s iPhone X from her apartment on Nov. 25.
The woman told police she left her place at 1:57 am with the door unlocked and when she returned, her phone was missing.
Speaker steal
Two crooks stole electronics from a department store on Albee Square West on Nov. 25.
The bandits walked into the store near Flatbush Avenue at 5:27 pm and stole four Bose headphones and speakers from a glass display case, concealing them in a bag, and leaving the store, according to police.
Car converter crook
A sneak stole a device from inside a car parked on Fulton Street sometime between Nov. 17 and 19.
The victim told police that he left the vehicle near Gold Street at noon on Nov. 17 with the catalytic converter installed, and when he returned on Nov. 19, the converter was removed.
Cycle criminal
A freebooter stole a bike on Montague Street on Nov. 14.
Police say the thief was seen on video removing bolts and the bicycle from scaffolding outside a restaurant near Clinton Street at 12:43 pm, and fled in an unknown direction.
E-bike steal
Someone took a delivery person’s electronic bike on Smith Street on Nov. 19.
The victim was delivering food to a bakery near Dean Street at 2:08 pm and left his bike on the sidewalk, and when he returned, his Stealth P-7 E-bike was stolen, according to police.
