Police looking for Sunset Park creep after sexual assault

Police are looking for the creep who sexually assaulted a woman in Sunset Park on May 21.  

 According to authorities, the man approached the victim near 750 45th St., between Seventh and Eighth avenues, at around 12:40 a.m., before groping her.

The victim, a 20-year-old woman, was walking down the street when the aggressor grabbed the victim’s breasts, waist, thighs and buttocks over her clothing.

After a few moments, the victim managed to fend off the cad, and he made off on a gas-powered bike southbound on Seventh Avenue. 

Police say the man has a light complexion, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark blue jacket, white and black sneakers, a black helmet and a black mask. 

This case falls under the jurisdiction of the 72 Precinct, which covers Sunset Park, Windsor Terrace, South Slope and part of Gowanus. 

Between New Year’s Day and May 14, when the most recent police data is available, the precinct had recorded 81 felony assaults and 31 sex crimes.
