Police are searching for a gunman who fatally wounded a Red Hook man outside his home on Tuesday night.
The criminal shot 23-year-old Jaheim Smallwood several times in front of his Red Hook Houses apartment on Bush Street between Columbia and Hicks streets at 8:17 pm, authorities said.
Emergency responders raced Smallwood to Methodist Hospital, where he died the next day, a police report states.
Cops have not made any arrests and the investigation is ongoing, according to authorities.
