Ruffian clocks guy at Fifth Avenue bar

78th Precinct

Park Slope

Punch drunk

Cops have given up tracking down the goon who they say sucker-punched a guy in the bathroom of a Fifth Avenue watering hole on Jan. 15.

The victim told police he was using the facilities at the saloon between Fifth and Sixth streets at 1:25 am when the other guy clocked him, sending him on a short-stay trip to Park Slope’s Methodist Hospital.

The man told police his attacker was a complete stranger, and he has no idea what prompted the assault, cops said.

Game over

Police cuffed a 16-year-old boy who allegedly stole video games from a Flatbush Avenue retail juggernaut on Jan. 14.

An employee told police he spotted the suspect nab seven games for the 3DS system at the store near Atlantic Avenue at 11:55 pm, and cops arrested him that day on a misdemeanor larceny charge.

Hit and run

Cops have closed the case on the reckless driver who sideswiped a woman’s car and then fled on President Street on Jan. 13.

The victim told police she parked her 2013 Isuzu between Fifth and Sixth avenues at 3:30 pm, and returned later that day to find a nasty dent in the side of her car.

Police even managed to find a witness to the collision, but have closed the case without any arrests, cops said.

License, please

Police arrested a man for allegedly attempting to withdraw $2,200 from a Fifth Avenue bank using fake documents on Jan. 14.

A manager at the bank between 12th and 13th streets told police the suspect showed a teller a forged driver’s license and social security card in an effort to nab the funds at 1:30 pm.

Cops cuffed the suspect on the bank manager’s suspicions, which were later confirmed when the man who’s identify the suspect had allegedly stolen came into the precinct, and police found they weren’t even the same race, according to police.
