Hundreds of bagpipers, dancers, military veterans, and others in the Irish spirit marched in the Brooklyn Saint Patrick’s Day parade on March 15.

Starting at Bartel Pritchard Square in Windsor Terrace, the parade, in its 40th year, wound its way through Park Slope, up Seventh Avenue, and back down Prospect Park West to its starting point. There many revelers nipped into Farrell’s Bar and Grill for a pint in a foam cup, then spilled out onto the sidewalk again.
