It was an ode to eternal romance!

Sentimental senior members of a Flatbush elders club celebrated Valentine’s Day with a bash that featured delicious food, handmade crafts, and dancing into the afternoon, according to an oldster.

“It was the best party of our lives, it was so special to celebrate,” said Roberta Haber, a Senior League of Flatbush member, who recently celebrated 70 years of marriage to her spouse.

Some 200 attendees at the love-day extravaganza inside the East Midwood Jewish Center chowed down on Chinese food — a nod to the Chinese New Year, which began on Feb. 5 — before swaying across the dance floor to classic tunes played by the Henry Covner Band.

And more than 10 couples in attendance had 50 or more years of marriage under their belts, according to one league leader, who said the seniors can’t stop talking about the sweet soiree.

“People were crying because the event was so beautiful. They are still talking about it a week later!” said Lenore Friedman.
