It was him.

Flatbush-raised pop reggae veteran Shaggy got the crowd moving in front of Borough Hall on Wednesday during a free afternoon concert. About 200 people braved the sweltering heat to see the Grammy winner and onetime “It wasn’t me” sensation.

The performance was booked to promote a blood drive organized by Borough President Adams and the organization Music Brings Life.

Two additional free daytime concerts are planned for the plaza later this summer.

Blood drive and concerts at Borough Hall Plaza (209 Joralemon St. at Court Street in Downtown). July 16 and Aug. 13. Music noon–1 pm, blood drive 10 am–3 pm. Free.
