A Sheepshead Bay man was found dead in the water of Jamaica Bay on Sept. 30.

Mark Silverman, 71, of the Harbor Care assisted living facility on Shore Parkway and Knapp Street, was found face down in the water and unresponsive by harbor police within the 63rd precinct near Rockaway Parkway in Queens at 10:13 am.
