Police are looking for the suspect who shot and killed a 21-year-old man in Flatlands on Jan. 6.
Authorities say Paul Parkes died after being shot in the torso on Avenue J and E. 57th Street at 7:33 pm. Parkes was transported to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police say there have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
