A 6-year-old boy died on Wednesday after a gruesome Canarsie car crash, according to authorities.

A 44-year-old Canarsie woman was behind the wheel of her 2013 Toyota Highlander with 6-year-old Jerry Louisamard when the car smashed into a parked vehicle on Seaview Avenue near Paerdegat Avenue North and E. 80th Street just after 4 p.m., cops said.

First responders arrived at the scene to find Louisamard with severe trauma to his chest, and the driver with an injury to the left side of her body, according to police.

Paramedics took the child and the driver to nearby Brookdale Hospital, where doctors pronounced Louisamard dead. The female driver remains in stable condition, according to authorities.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation by the NYPD Collision Investigation Squad is ongoing.
