Police are hunting the subterranean snatcher who grabbed a man’s phone at the Grand Army Plaza subway station on July 2.

The 47-year-old victim told police that he was waiting on station’s the Manhattan-bound platform at around 11:30 a.m., when the thief swiped the phone from his hand and ran off, cops said.

The victim followed in a brief, but unsuccessful foot pursuit, as the looter made his getaway heading toward Vanderbilt Avenue, according to police.

Anyone who provides police with information leading to an arrest can expect up to a $2,500 reward through the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers program.
