Bank card heist

A sneak stole a man’s credit card and withdrew $1,160 from his bank account on Ralph Avenue on April 7.

The victim was waiting for the card he had ordered to come in the mail, but the weasel intercepted it and made the withdrawal between E. 72nd Street and Avenue K at 3:50 p.m., according to cops.

Shop grifter

Cops cuffed a woman who they say stole clothing from at an Avenue U department store on April 8.

The woman entered the store, between Flatbush Avenue and E. 55th Street, at approximately 3:30 p.m. before snatching $1,000 worth of clothes and attempting to get away, authorities allege.

Store security stopped the suspect, and cops showed up to arrest her at 4:45 p.m., according to the report.

Lottery ticket to jail

Police arrested a man who allegedly took $2,045 worth of lottery tickets from an Avenue U store on April 9.

The man entered the store, between Hendricks and Coleman streets, reached over the counter, and grabbed the tickets, before running off with his illicit loot, officers reported.

Cops later tracked down the 41-year-old suspect, and arrested him on Flatbush Avenue and E. 46th Street, according to police.

Wallet woes

A thief stole a wallet out of a parked car on E. 54th Street on April 13.

The victim told police she left the wallet in her unlocked car, which she parked on the corner of Fillmore Avenue at 9 p.m. When she returned the next day, the wallet, containing her debit card and driver’s licence, was missing, cops said.
