Police are seeking the public to help identify two men who brutally attacked a woman on a southbound A train approaching Jay Street–MetroTech train station in Downtown Brooklyn on March 2. 

According to police, the men approached a 28-year-old woman in the subway, and punched her in the face multiple times, unprovoked. 

A 29-year-old who witnessed the assault at around 5:25 pm attempted to intervene, but he was also repeatedly punched in the face until the brutes fled the station at Jay Street. 

EMS workers transported the female victim to the Emergency Department at NYU Langone Health–Cobble Hill in stable condition. The male victim refused treatment.
