Police arrested a woman for allegedly attacking a man with a chair in a Prospect Place apartment on May 31.

The suspect was arguing with the victim inside of the apartment between Carlton and Vanderbilt avenues at 2 a.m., when the grabbed a metal chair and repeatedly bashed the victim in his face and chest, before laying into him with a some unarmed blows, cops said.

Cops showed up to cuff the woman that night, according to police reports.

Bungling burglar

A would-be home invader tried — and failed — to break into a Fifth Avenue home on June 8.

The crook made repeated attempts to kick the door to the victim’s house between Fourth and Fifth avenues down at 7 a.m., but, while he managed to destroy a surveillance camera, the burglar couldn’t managed to knock the door off its hinges, cops said.

No arrests have been made in the case, which has been closed, according to police.

Biting brute

Cops arrested a woman for allegedly biting another woman inside an Eight Avenue women’s shelter on June 6.

The two women began arguing in the bathroom of the shelter between 14th and 15th streets at approximately 8 a.m., when the suspect suddenly chomped the victim in her rib cage, drawing some blood, cops said.

Police arrived on the scene shortly after and arrested the suspect, before taking the victim to Lutheran Hospital for treatment in stable condition, according to authorities.

Grocery goon

Police cuffed a man for allegedly shoplifting at a Third Street grocery store on June 9.

The suspect attempted to leave the store, located at the intersection of Third Avenue, with approximately $100 worth of unpaid-for items at around 4:40 p.m., cops said.

Store security stopped the man for fleeing, and authorities arrived on the scene to arrested him shortly after, according to police reports.

Road rage

A brute smashed a man’s bicycle on Ninth Street on May 31.

The baddie was driving his car near the intersection of Third Avenue, when the biker allegedly hit the car with his bike at around 8:30 a.m.. The perp then got out of his car and repeatedly kicked the bike, before getting back into the car and driving off, cops said.

No arrests have been made in the case, which has been closed, cops said.

Bike bandit

Cops arrested a man on Atlantic Avenue for stealing a bicycle on May 21.

Police stopped the man for riding the ride-share bike on the sidewalk near Fort Greene Place on May 28 at around 7:30 p.m., before he made a sudden attempt to pedal away. Cops caught up with the suspect, and Larter discovered that the bike had been checked out of the city’s ride-share bike program by someone else a week earlier, according to police.

Cops cuffed the man on the scene, according to police reports.
